Every Expo just gets better and better for Hop Industries. First it was Labelexpo. Attendance at the booth grew by 15% from last year’s event. Then, Hop Industries saw an even bigger draw at PRINT 2018 in Chicago. Attendance at the booth jumped 20% in comparison to the previous year. It’s clear that more print service providers (PSPs) are opting for the popular Hop-Syn synthetic paper for their durable applications.
Partners Showcase Hop-Syn Synthetic Paper
While at PRINT 2018, Hop-Syn synthetic paper expert John Risdon spoke at the the Elite RMGT LED UV user group. Risdon shared how Hop-Syn is well designed for the LED UV inkjet printing, and highlighted the attributes that distinguish it from other durable substrates. Risdon also offered free samples for members to run on their RMGT printers.
Also at PRINT 2018, Konica Minolta showcased Hop-Syn synthetic paper samples printed on the Accurio Jet KM-1. The UV inkjet printer combines the speed and flexibility of offset presses with the digital benefits of variable data printing and zero make-ready.
“PRINT 2018 was a tremendous success for Hop Industries,” comments Jack Smith, Senior Vice President, Hop Industries. “We spoke with many customers, and met several new companies interested in printing on synthetic paper for the first time. It’s an exciting time for Hop Industries and the printing community.”
At PRINT 2018, Hop Industries featured its range of synthetic paper, including Hop-Syn XT, BL, GI, G2, TO, DL, BL and GO.
