If you are heading to sunny Orlando for International Converting Exhibition (ICE), be sure to visit Hop Industries at Booth #658. The company will be demonstrating various grades of its Hop-Syn synthetic paper, the market’s go-to substrate for converting manufacturers.
Converters and their customers choose Hop-Syn synthetic paper because of the substrate’s unique attributes. Hop-Syn is a clay modified, or clay coated synthetic paper used in for pressure sensitive, offset, flexo, and digital printing. The company offers several synthetic paper grades, and two are most popular with converters: Hop-Syn XT and G3.
Hop-Syn Synthetic Paper Grades for Converters
The XT grade is extra tear resistant, and is made with UV inhibitors and whitening agents to improve its sheet brightness and opacity up to 94%. It printing performance is similar to that of fine offset paper, but with plastic durability, it can endure the most demanding environmental conditions.
Hop-Syn G3 synthetic paper grade is the most durable and economical tag stock that Hop offers. It’s single-layered, waterproof, and designed for demanding outdoor for tag and label applications at the lowest cost.
ICE attendees are encouraged to visit Hop Booth #648 to talk with a Hop sales associate about different ways to use the Hop-Syn synthetic paper. To schedule a meeting or for more information, call Hop at 800.524.0757 or fill out the online form.
